My name is Paul, and like many in this community, I have a deep love for painting miniatures. The hobby has been a source of creativity, focus, and calm during times when I’ve struggled with my mental health. Miniature painting isn’t just about models and paint, it’s about mindfulness, self-expression, and finding a sense of purpose.
